The appellant, Fiaz Hussain, who was serving as Incharge of the Driving License Center, Punjab Highway Patrol, Sargodha, was dismissed from service on so called allegations of accepting a bribe for the issuance of a driving license. However, through the compelling and well-reasoned arguments advanced by Advocate Allah Nawaz Khosa, the Hon’ble Court was persuaded to set aside the dismissal order and directed the reinstatement of the appellant into service.
