The appointments of the petitioners was made after commission of rule 17-A ,the Accounts Office refuse to issue salary on the pretext that the appointment was made when law was not exist. The case was present in Lahore High Court by the Allah Nawaz Khosa Advocate and the Honorable court after argument of parties. Agreed with the argument of Learned counsel Allah Nawaz Khosa Advocate and allowed the petition while directing the department to release the salary forthwith.
